Good 360 RPG Suggestions?

This is gonna be hard, so buckle up. I love RPGs. I'm especially looking for one that you can customize your character in, where you level up, and things like that. I also love when it's free roam, but you have tons of different quests. But the problem is, I've played tons.

Ones I've Already Played-

Oblivion

Fallout 3

Mass Effect

Fable 2/3

Dragon Age : Origins

Marvel : Ultimate Alliance

Bioshock

Too Human

Prototype

Spider-man : Web of Shadows

I know some of these aren't really RPGs, but they have the RPG elements I'm looking for.

So please, if you know any that aren't on this list, please, do tell. I'm game for turn-based or live-action. I own an XBOX 360.
