Why are WRPGs so much better than JRPGs?

Let's compare them;

Just off the top of my head, here are some good WRPGs:

- Fallout 1/2/3/NV

- TES 1/2/3/4

- Dragon Age Origins

- Jade empire

- Star Wars KOTOR 1/2

- Mass Effect 1/2

This is just off the top of my head. I cannot honestly think of any good JRPGs. They are terrible. Final fantasy, Kingdom hearts, Pokemon and Dragon Quest are terrible. Stop being Wapanese and play GOOD games. JRPGs have terrible storylines, no likeable characters, boring combat systems, and bad graphics. Why are WRPGs so much better than JRPGs?
You seem to be forgeting that "good" and "bad" are opinions. I find JRPGs to be better because the DO have interesting plots and great combat systems (especially Kingdom Hearts).
While I disagree with your list of "bad" games, in recent years JRPGs have declined in quality, as well as in quantity. This could be attributed to several things, but I believe that it is because of the rise in the number of games that more greatly incorporate player choice. Why are WRPGs so much better than JRPGs?
So . . . Is there a question . . . ?

Asking a rhetorical question and going on a rant about your opinion of recent video games is not the same as a question. But seriously, you can't really call Fallout an RPG any more than you can call Call of Duty an RPG. They are first person shooters with level-up aspects, but that no more makes them RPGs than Crazy Taxi.
You say that Final Fantasy is bad?

Gonna get a lot of hating. Why are WRPGs so much better than JRPGs?
JRPG's used to be good. Back in the days of SNES and even PS1. But as time started moving on, the western companies began to evolve and create better and better RPG's, while many JRPG's just didn't evolve.

The Final Fantasy series has just gone straight to hell. The format they insist on keeping doesn't work anymore. FF13 has gotten ALOT of criticisms that I've never heard of in other FFgames. And FF14 is currently regarded as a disaster. It's all eye candy and it seems like a majority of gamers have gotten sick of their awful fanservice lolicon characters. Seems to me like they've given up on appealing to more people, and just paying attention to their dedicated fanbase. Square has always struck me as a company that is far too devoted to fanservice than to actually making a game.

But it's unfair to say that all JRPG's are terrible. Off the top of my head, Atlus has always ALWAYS made damn good rpg games. Their Shin Megami Tensei series has gotta be one of the weirdest and most unique games I've ever played, and their Persona games are genuinely very well written, very character driven and alot of development in story and character. In a way that would put Bethesda to shame. (I do like Bethesda, but their writing sucks and their characters are even worse.) Let's not forget about Demon's Souls. Another very unique game that was created by Atlus, and was very successful in the west.

Namco's "Tales of ___" series can be hit-or-miss. When it hits, it's bloody amazing. And when it misses, it's ehh. I think this is because when Namco makes an effort to localize a game in the west, they do a great job of it. Tales of Symphonia was pretty well written, but the voice acting as absolutely incredible. (Cam Clarke as Kratos? We need some more of that.)

However, that's only one company amongst the others whom can't seem to get on the ball. The rest seem to be left behind in the dust while Bioware and Bethesda keep moving forward. Times have changed. Japan is no longer the center of videogames.
