Looking for my perfect game?

Hey,



I am really enjoying the game dragon age right now (on my 2nd play through) and I am starting to look around for other games that are kinda like it. I'm looking for games that are really story and character driven. Anything where the relationships with other characters are important etc. I also like the romance aspect. So yeah, I own just about every game system but psp and ps3. Any suggestions? I couldn't really get into KOTOR and KOTOR 2 has no romance options even though it seems more interesting to me. So again, any idea for a game with:

a deep story

character driven plot

lots of choices

your character isn't a lone wolf

possible romance



It can be an older game. I am most interested in your ideas!

Dragon Age was a very awesome game, I've also found it to be pretty hard to find a game that matches everything that it brought to the table. But you can try Risen if you play on the 360. If you play on PC you can try Risen, Neverwinter Nights 2, Gothic 3, and The Witcher.

That's like saying you don't like boobs or chiseled abs.

First off I think you should reserve judgment on a game until you get at least halfway through it. Kotor and Kotor 2 have more depth to character development than 90% of all games so give them a chance. Anyway If you are determined to thumb down kotor (which is insane) there are a myriad of other games in your target genre. The fire emblem games are very character driven however they are RTSes. MegamanX command mission is a old but good one. Oh and tales of symphonia is probably the best suggestion i have for you (it is however 80 hours long)Looking for my perfect game?
