I have already got torchlight, diablo 1 %26amp; 2, Dungeon siege 1 %26amp; 2, The neverwinter night series, Dragon age, mass effect, fallout, oblivion/skyrim. I like the more hack and slash ones, I loved fallout and oblivion but there is more thinking. Dragon age was great but there was a lot of talking.
I am looking for more games like diablo and torchlight where you can be a female or a male anyone know of any or have I already played the only good ones out there?Good rpg's where you can play as a female character?
Well you could go and grab ye'olde Baldur's Gate 1 %26amp; 2.
The Fable series lets you pick your gender (well part 3 does and is on PC, I think 2 also but that was only on... 360?).
Dungeons of Dredmor for a not so serious rogue-like (which means you are not *meant* to beat the game but die sooner or later and roll a new char) turn-based RPG.
Dragon Age 2 is more hack'n'slash compared to part 1.
Excellent play can be found in Knights of the Old Republic 1 %26amp; 2 - but very story heavy.
I *think* the upcoming (or already released?) Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning lets you choose your gender.
If you don't mind being cast into a male body there is always The Witcher 1 %26amp; 2, the Gothic series and Risen. Those are also very story oriented but also with a high combat focus esp. in the case of The Witcher.
Then there is always the option to get into MMOs - Fallen Earth, Star Trek Online, Champions Online, Dungeons %26amp; Dragons Online, DC Universe Online, Lord of the Rings Online (dear god the devs need some new way to make MMOs instead of adding 'online' behind the franchise) and those are just semi-recent free-to-play titles.
Trine 1 %26amp; 2 has you play as three characters, one of which is a female theif.
If you like the classic JRPG games, Final Fantasy VI had a recent re-release on PSN (or is that SEN now?) for $9.99. Originally a SNES game, had a Playstation 1 re-release back in the late 90's or early 2000s. This is a digital re-release of the Playstation 1 version of the game. You have many playable characters, but the story revolves (at least initially) around a female.
Opera House scene at around hour 8 of the game: BEST SCENE EVER!
EDIT: I didn't notice that you're down under. Not sure if the game was released in your region or not.Good rpg's where you can play as a female character?
you can try dead island. you can play as a female character in that one. actually theres 2 females to choose from. if your wondering what dead island is its a hack and slash zombie rpg with heaps of quests and weapons, (mainly meele weapons) to upgrade and modify.
Wow you've covered most of them! I guess you could wait for Diablo III to come out (since that sounds like it's right down your alley). Dungeon Siege III is not bad either but there's a lot more talking in it than the original Dungeon Sieges.Good rpg's where you can play as a female character?
the newest "Kingdoms of Amlar:reckoning" is a action-orientated RPG,pretty hack and slash ,feels like WoW plus fable ,and you can be a female. Also the Wicther 2 is a good one ,but you can't be a girl in it
If you have a PSP, you could try Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth. It's a JRPG set in a norse mythology world. Main character is a female.
If your no longer playing Diablo, would you mind giving me your cd keys? I got the discs but no cases/cd keys. If so email thortheodinson@hotmail.com id much appreciate it!
Fate isn't bad, but imo the characters look like kids.
Btw, Fate is for the computer.
