What RPG should I get next?

I have been recently getting into RPG's alot. I really like the customizing my character and exploring and a variety of quests and places. I recently beat Fallout 3 after playing 52 hours. I loved the game but was extremely angry at how the game ends and that you cant play after beating it. I did all but three of the side quests. It was really fun and I liked the exploring and the looting and everything. I also played Fable 2 and I was also disappointed with how short it is and how little exploration their really is. However I did like the fantasy factors and all the things you could do with your character (getting married, buying property). So my question is if I should get Mass Effect 1 or 2, Dragon Age Origins, or Oblivion based on what I just said I thought about the other two rpg's I played...?What RPG should I get next?
Definitely Oblivion. Huge map, many dungeons/ruins. Mass Effect is good, but it's not really as free-roam as Oblivion and Fallout. I haven't played Dragon Age Origins yet but i heard it was basically a mideavil Mass Effect. You can also play Oblivion past the main storyline.

I would also highly recommend the DLC for Fallout 3 (primarily Broken Steel).
First off there is downloadable content for Fallout 3 which gives you more missions on the main quest. Secondly, Fallout New Vegas is coming out soon in like novemberWhat RPG should I get next?
All are great games.

If you want another game that plays like Fallout (i.e is a shooter), do mass effect. Great game, great plot... only drawback is that many of the side missions seem to take place in carbon-copy buildings, which lets you know precisely when the baddies will appear and where bonuses are going to be.

Dragon Age is very similar to ME (makes sense as they're by the same company), but is more a traditional RPG (swords and spells)... I had a lot of fun with this game. One thing that this game does better than ME (although both are excellent for including this) is its focus on the morality of decisions... you are constantly being asked to choose one side or the next, including a really insidious choice at the end of the game that I won't spoil for you.

And then there is oblivion. Oblivion is the largest gameworld I have ever seen... there is no way to run out of things to do! Good plot, perhaps a little less compelling than ME or DA, but still excellent. I also really like the entire leveling system in the elder scrolls games... you get better at the things you do, rather than by assigning points every once in a while.

Hope this helps!
I thought Oblivion was alot better than Fallout 3, theres more to do and the map is far more detailed the post-apocalyptic setting of fallout 3. Also the game doesn't end when the main story is finished.. The Bioware games (Mass Effect, Dragon Age..) have great stories but they aren't as open ended as Fallout 3 or Oblivion.

Borderlands is an amazing game very similar to Fallout 3, i liked it more for looting and levelling up although not so much for exploring and decision making..but it's still an amazing game! What RPG should I get next?
If you want an RPG i suggest the Kingdom Hearts series and the Final Fantasy series.
If you like to do a lot of side quests and not the story then go for oblivion, But if you want an RPG game with great story and side quests and will take you about 60+ hours to complete the story by itself then get Dragon age origins. But dont get mass effect 2. that's nothing but a shooter.
