What are Some Games Similar to Mass Effect?

Hi!

Ok, so I've been getting into a few games recently, and I'm going through them really fast. Can someone give me a list of games similar to these? (Mass Effect 1 and 2, Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, Fallout 3/New Vegas, Skyrim, Assassins Creed)

I know not all of those are the exact same, but what I'm really looking for is a character creator that lets you be anyone, with preferably a voice, and the ability to make decisions, etc.
