What are good names for these characters?

This is a repost as I only got one answer on my other one and I wanted more options.

Sorry about the length, I have quite a few characters, but you don't have to answer all of them. So, first off, each of these characters have a sort of animal totem given to them by the spirits or gods or whatever (I still haven't completely worked it out yet). I've already got a few ideas for some of them, but if you feel you have a better idea please feel free to share it!

All the good guys are around the same age, 15.

Character #1: Male, about 6', spiky brown hair, and bright technicolor eyes. He's bright, confident, and a good leader. Can sometimes get really competitive, and is provoked easily but he usually has a good attitude that cheers everyone up. Has control over the element of Fire, fights with a sword, and his totem is the Salamander.

Character #2: Male, about 5'10", long, flowing blond hair, and sea green eyes. Also bright and happy, but otherwise the opposite of Character #1, which makes sense, as he controls Water. Oddly enough, he and Character #1 are best friends. Has a secret crush on Character #5. Fights with a spear, and I'm open for suggestion as to what his totem should be.

Character #3: Male, about 6'5", and highly built in muscle. Despite being uber strong and violent-looking, he's really a sweet guy, loves nature, and helps animals in danger. Controls the element of Earth, fights with a hammer, and I'm not sure what his totem should be either (but I really don't want it to be a gorilla, just sayin').

Character #4: Male, 5'7", wears glasses, medium-length white-blond hair that sometimes falls in his eyes. This guy's the brains of the group, he knows everything about anything, but is significantly weak. Best friends with Character #3. Controls Air, and I'm not sure what his weapon should be, what do you think? I'm not sure about his totem either, but I'm thinking maybe Eagle.

Character #5: Female, the only one in the group, 5'11", soft brown hair and loving hazel eyes. Bright, positive, but highly emotional. She's the peacekeeper of her group of friends, if there breaks out a fight, you can count on her to find a compromise. Despite being happy most of the time, her nighttime life is shrouded in mystery, as she has the secret power to travel to the Otherworld and speak to ghosts. Fears Bad #5 knows about her secret ability, but doesn't want to find out. Fights with bow and arrow, and her totem is the Cat.

And now for the bad guys:

Bad #1: Male, 6'7", greased black hair, and cold black eyes. Pretty much the pure embodiment of evil. He's heartless, ruthless, violent, and has absolutely no regard for human life. He knows various amounts of magic, but his specialty is Lightning. Fights with a staff, and his totem is the Thunderbird.

Bad #2: Dragon, enormously big, blue-black scales and unfathomably bright red eyes. Bad #1's right-hand-man, who leads the army of bad guys. Very powerful, and has amazing ability to produce Dark Fire, a substance that can burn everything, even souls. Totem is, obviously, a Dragon.

Bad #3: Male, 6'5", but looks significantly shorter due to constant slouching. Very little white hair, and wears enormously big glasses that hide his eyes. He's the mastermind behind most of their evil plots. He builds scientific machines, humongous mecha, and is often seen making venomous or explosive liquids. I'm not sure if his totem should be a spider or a scorpion.

Bad #4: Probably male, 7', part troll. When he walks the ground shakes, when he speaks all living beings run away. Despite being unbelievably scary-looking, he has the mental capacity of an earthworm. Fights with a club, and has a lot of magical creatures who do what he says. As for the totem, it's the same with Bad #3, I'm not sure if it should be a spider or a scorpion.

Bad #5: Female, 5'11" long dark hair that almost touches the ground, and haven't decided on eye color. She's really only evil because her father, Bad #1, forces her to be, and eventually ends up having romantic interest for Character #1. Fights with a long knife, or maybe two samurai swords, I'm not sure which. Her totem is Snake.

So what do you think? What should I name these characters? What do you think of them? And help me decide the totems and weapons, please! Thanks in advance!|||I really LOVE your book idea! I seriously think we need more books like this because I'm totally into the whole "Animal-totem and Spirit Guide" stuff! You know what? You should read the book ANIMAL SPEAK by Ted Andrews. This would totally help you out. I think you might be able to find it on amazon for a reduced price. Anyways, sorry I got carried away! Here's some name ideas:

Like the ideas!!|||Name the dragon Gershmoighedy.|||Wow, this is...um, extensive. No wonder you only got one response. I'm not gonna lie, I didn't even read half of it.

I'm not sure why height is important. Are you positive it's necessary? Too much information destroys imagination.

Sounds like YOU need to come up with some names. It's your story, and they're your characters. What's more important is the story and how the characters develop within the story. Use filler names for the time being, and fill them in with your chosen names as they pop up. Don't let the naming hold you up from what's really important.|||Pick a name that fits the character's gender and go with it. If it doesn't feel right later you're free to change it. A persons' looks and personality have little to do with their name so that's irrelevant. There are a lot of names out there. I'm sure you have some that you like better than others right off the top of your head. Whatever those names are, that's your answer.
